Good day. There is such a toy for the phone "Soul knight". There is a co-op mode, but you need to be connected with a friend to the same vayvay well, or connect via bluetooth. I would easily meet my friends, but unfortunately the quarantine is tough...
Closer to the point, you need to somehow legalize phones, by any means, so that you can play. I've searched a bit on the internet for solutions, but haven't found anything.

A LAN emulator is a VPN. You pick it up, for example, in your local area, throw it outside, friends connect to it - and you are in the same local area.
You can lift not at home but in the cloud - maybe it will even be easier
