RBD52G or RB951G-2HnD?

which model is better to take?

or proven RB951 https://mikrotik.com/product/RB951G-2HnD#fndtn-spe...
judging by the tests, hap ac2 is faster and percent a little more powerful. There is 5GHz and the price tag is lower.
It's only embarrassing that the memory is only 16MB and the architecture is different.
Who knows what role architecture plays? :)
Memory is not very critical - it would be enough for updates and okay.
and most importantly - what did I not see in the differences?

nevertheless nar as2 is much better :) . thanks for the advice.
I bought it, tested it - it copes with the load 2 times better than the 951.
it does not get very hot
