Dear, help evaluate a used laptop. In use for 2-3 years, the case is in good condition, I can’t say ironically, but everything seems to be working.

RAM - 4 GB
HDD - 500 GB

Why not check the price in other cities? In fact, these are sold 8-15k (according to St. Petersburg). The price of your laptop, if everything is ok with it - 10k at best

A new one like this costs 24,790 (possibly overpriced).
Usually they drop 20% for used ones if everything is in excellent condition.

I would offer 10 thousand, with possible bargaining up to 15 thousand, in extreme cases 17 - if you really need it, but there are no other options.

Well, for office work, it's normal ... I've been working on such hardware at home for several years so far, stupidly don't need to upgrade to something cool if there are no requests for better hardware. I don’t play new games, and office software pulls perfectly.
