Raspberry/Orange pi as dlna server and torrent downloader?

Hello.
There is a task - you need a media server that performs the functions of a torrent downloader - there is an external drive with a USB 2 interface, a DLNA server, and possibly a retro game console (retropie). Accordingly, you need at least a USB interface (preferably two), ethernet for broadcasting a DLNA stream to a router and an hdmi port for connecting a TV. BT would be nice of course (connect a joystick), but not so critical. Orange pie PC fits in well with this set of ports and is very attractive for its price. There are guides for installing Plex tv on it as DLNA, there is KODI. There is a RetrOrangePi for games.
A cursory googling shows that the piece of iron under load behaves absolutely unpredictably. I hope for 1080p broadcasts without interruptions, but I'm afraid that I will have to play the rake race, and eventually spit on it.
Accordingly, I would like to know if anyone had experience with this piece of iron, can they confirm or refute my fears? I'd love to hear opinions on other ways to solve this problem.

Based on the news ,
it will not pull streaming through DLNA. And if you add torrents, it will be bad.
To be honest, I would take the x86 platform. like this:

There is also a passive option.

At least it will definitely work and have enough power to decode 1080p + download torrents.

Well, if you discard the game console, it's easier to buy a ready-made one:

raspberries will be few, USB bottleneck!
Take a cheap atom/x86 - it's less of a hassle and there are many supported distributions.
And the power consumption is not much more than the same raspberry.
