Where to buy a computer with a Russian processor and operating system?

The processor - it doesn't matter which one - "Elbrus", "Baikal", something else, but it is a Russian development. And I want this computer to work on a Russian OS - it is clear that it will be an "adapted" version of some Linux, but that's not the point. Where can I click the "Add to Cart" button, then "Pay", and calmly wait for delivery? Are there such online stores? Without any evasive "the price is available on request and only to organizations and blah blah blah." Oh yes, computers costing as much as the Crimean bridge are not interested.

Is it possible to buy a motherboard with Baikal and assemble a computer the old fashioned way, then put a free domestic Elbrus axis there, which has recently leaked, the rest of the components will have to be taken from China,
It seems like you can buy a domestic hard drive from gs group, but not in retail.
