How to enter the web interface of a non-primary router?

You need to go to the web interface of the non-main router, which distributes Wi-Fi to the laptop. At 192.168.100.1, the head router is located with its own Wi-Fi and DHCP (the non-main router does not have DHCP). Do I need to connect a non-primary router directly to the PC and access the web interface, or is there another way to do this?

There are two options here.
1. the non-primary router is configured as a router (roughly speaking, the cable is connected to the WAN port), then Ronald McDonald 's answer is correct.
2. (more likely) if the non-primary router only acts as an access point, then the answer is Ronald McDonaldwill not help, the main router will be the gateway. You need to find out the ip-address of the non-primary one in any other way. For example, look at its MAC address on a sticker on the bottom of the router (usually indicated), then look for this MAC in the arp table on the main or on the laptop (the arp command on the laptop). But you may not find it if the non-primary one itself sits quietly and does not try to get into the network anywhere, it only transfers other people's packets between LAN and WLAN with a bridge. Then scan the network. Under linux, this is nmap \ zenmap, I won’t say under Windows, you need to google a similar program. But you can’t find it by scanning either, because in the network 192.168.100.* this "router"-access point may well have its default 192.168.1.1 - and still everything will work. Then there will be an option with a button to reset the non-primary one to the factory settings, connect it directly with a cable to the computer and configure it from scratch.

You can also look at the reserved addresses in DHCP.
