RAID10: How to remake a software RAID10 if one of the disks has failed? How to calculate RAID10 remap speed?

1) How to remake a software RAID10 if one of the disks has failed? Is it possible to lose data consistency?
2) How to calculate RAID10 remap speed? - only 10 disks of 10TB each (2 stripes of 50TB each)
3) What will be faster - restore 90TB of data via a 10Gb/s network on RAID0 or restore 45TB of data via a RAID10 remap (2 stripes of 50TB each) in case of loss of disks?

1. Connect a new disk, add it to the array or declare it a spare disk. Depends on OS and software.
2. The speed depends on the use of the array at the moment. Limit - write speed to a separate HDD.
3. When rebuilding, the data of only one HDD is restored, that is, 10TB will be copied from one HDD to another, unless, of course, you managed to drop half of the disks at once.
