Acronis disk director, try it if you can't then you need to burn a bootable USB flash drive and then edit it.

How to kill this damn UEFI, it's sitting on the disk... but I can't find it!!! I already formatted the disk, how to kill it then ???

Boot from LiveCD. Launch Paragon Hard Disk Manager. Delete and create whatever you want.
