How to solder to SATA on an external USB drive as shown in this material?

Good afternoon.
I want to get drunk on an external USB drive over SATA for data recovery.
I found this material in the middle of the material showing the connection (as I understand it) of the SATA cable to the disk.
My disk is almost the same and there are the same connection points.
But I don’t understand a little, which wire corresponds to which number on the SATA pinout?

And do I need a red wire if the power is via USB?
Thanks in advance for your replies

@opium

there you can see that the connector is bent and it’s not possible to insert it in the wrong way

I will proceed from the assumption that your external HDD is not a laptop SATA-HDD plus a box, but a solid external drive in which a separate SATA connection is not visible. You didn't write about it directly, but it looks like it is, and you want to bypass the stock USB<->SATA converter and connect directly to it. If so, then your "material" in Spanish will not be useful to you - they show how to drive SATA signals into a data transfer channel from USB, and this is nonsense due to the difference in data formats (and not only).
So look for the same 4 data transfer points from SATA on the board (well, the common ground too), solder to them and have fun. Otherwise, no way. Don't forget to remove the bypass capacitors in these circuits, otherwise a faulty USB controller will interfere. It should look something like this:
