Question to those who install the software, how do you give guarantees?

I welcome everyone. Actually a question to those who are engaged in software installation, and Windows. How do you give guarantees after installing Windows? After all, it can be killed quite simply, because. the user constantly installs different software, games, etc. I downloaded a game from the Internet, or a pirated disk, installed it - everything was switched off. Or if I picked up a virus from an Internet.
And now one friend came, I said that I would give a guarantee of 2 months for Windu. He chuckled "I'll kill her 10 times in two months." =))

For iron, a guarantee is given, because. there, in cases where it is possible to quite simply determine the reason - the user killed or "it itself." And for software, a guarantee is in the presence of the customer and the contractor to demonstrate the operability of the main functions, only developers can give a guarantee for software, because. they were engaged in testing and are responsible for its glitches (if this is stated in the contract / license), but you only installed the software, which means that the performance guarantee does not apply.

SSZB. What guarantees? The installation is completed, the necessary software is installed. The same acronis can make a backup for you, and then deploy it.
First time I hear about this. You checked the functionality of the software in the presence of the person who set everything up for you.
It can go further and give guarantees that all your photos will be intact.

You should have smiled and said:
But in the case - just do not make such promises so that there are no problems ...

How can you give any guarantees in relation to an object that is "out of your control" (which, in this case, is third-party software)?
Such guarantees can be given (or may not be given) only by the developers and their official representatives, "authorized persons" and other involved persons.

Contrary to misconceptions, Windows has been working in direct hands for 5+ years. Let's go straight to 10, what's there? And look better when support of MS comes to an end and before this term guarantee.
