Windows 10 won't start for the second week?
For about the second week I can not start Win10. I turn on the laptop (hp) and eternal loading begins. Just the HP logo and the download in the form of a circle under it. Sometimes, "Preparing automatic recovery" appears under the eternal circle, but after a few seconds, a black screen appears and only the cursor is displayed.
Now I'm sitting on Ubuntu, which works fine on the same laptop.
Is my Windows dead or is there any way to restore it?

We have to wait another two weeks.
If, as a result, getting used to Windows does not go away, you can despair and type in Google "windows 10 bootloader recovery".
Great question. Unfortunately, the Windows source code contains more than one line of code, so the state of your system can be caused by more than one specific error. To be more precise, there could be a million different reasons why it won't load. Google where the error logs and download logs are located, then look at their contents and google the errors mentioned in them.
Check the disk for "bad" sectors. A good half of these problems are related to them. Ubuntu is using a different, undamaged part of the disk. You can use mhdd to check and treat. Where to get and how to use - in Google. There is really 0 data about the problem, so if I guessed correctly, after treating the disk, read the instructions for creating a bootable Windows flash drive ....
