Vagrant on a remote machine, sources on a local machine. How to get rid of brakes?

On my home network, there is a Linux machine with vagrant installed and a windows machine with phpstorm installed and the sources for the site being developed are stored. I tried to mount the source folder to the Linux machine and run vagrant. In principle, it works, but I observe terrible brakes. The page can open in 10 seconds. If you copy the source folder to a Linux machine, then everything works quickly.
How to implement such a scheme so that the vagrant is launched on a Linux machine, and development is carried out on a Windows one? Those. so that the sources are on it. As a bonus, I would like the commands to work on a remote Linux machine through phpstorm in the vagrant menu.

@sl0

why network brakes??
just put directory synchronization - syncthing.
I just don’t remember how the sync in Windows connects to the stream of changed files. if so, then it will send changes instantly.
