For Russia (in descending order of convenience): Sberbank card, Qiwi, Yandex money, transfer to a bank account (I have a savings account again)
For international payments, I try to use Payoneer - customers either pay from a card on a special page, or using details in the EU (euros) or US (dollars). I also had to work with Golden Crown translations - it's not convenient, next time I'll try to persuade such a customer to something more convenient.
