The customer refuses to pay, says that there is nothing not done according to the TOR?

Hello, I took a project for 14 days worth 10,000 rubles on freelancehunt.com. The customer reserved the money in the safe. TK provided, I have already finished half and I told him to check half of the work done in advance.
He checks and says that nothing is done. I did everything as per the TOR, but he writes that none of the items were completed according to the TOR. He probably wants to cunningly keep the money for himself and a ready-made website with modifications where I made it. Or he himself has such a character that he is not satisfied with anything. What should I do? How to be? Soon the work will end, and he says not one of the items has not been completed. I talked to him well, adequately. Even what was not in the TK for his site did. Will I be able to get my earned money and will I receive negative feedback?

In this case, take screenshots with the work done and the corresponding quotes from the TOR.
If your work is really done - this will not cause difficulties. And offer the customer to also clearly prove what and how exactly was not fulfilled. If the customer agrees with the above points - just sum up arithmetically - that such points have been completed.
If the customer says that nothing has been done according to the TOR (it happens - and we have to work with such ones) - we take his quotes, make screenshots, and show in detail with arrows and highlights how it was implemented according to the customer. After that, as a rule, either all claims are removed, or it begins that he didn’t mean it, he forgot to indicate something, and so on.
Therefore, all agreements - only in writing. so that quotes can be given - no voice coordination and so on.

14 days worth 10,000 rubles

Or 20 thousand a month. That's what you are, freelancer earnings.
Oh, and they're still trying to scam you.
See what the situation is. You write that the customer says that the TOR has not been fulfilled, but at the same time you do not specify what points the customer indicated, what shortcomings he found. In this case, I tend to believe that the customer is right.
I advise you to apply to arbitration to consider the situation (I don’t know if it is on this exchange).

Well, in fact, done or not, if done, how can he deny it in the presence of a public TK? Well, your question is very clear.

Judging by the fact that you say that he reserved the amount, I think that you are still working through a safe deal. If so, then there is only one road to arbitration, but be prepared that they will pull to the last and protect the one who pays the money;) If you really did everything according to the TOR, which is in the project description \ in the workspace, then everything is fine. If you corresponded OUTSIDE of the resource, stipulated TK and so on in the same place, then arbitration will not consider this.

I think in your case it is necessary to describe in stages what was done by you and demand payment from the customer for the work performed ... If it doesn’t work out voluntarily, then go to arbitration
