What should be the site of a web developer?

I do design and layout. Tell me what the developer's site should be like, what it should contain in order to find customers. Many people say that you need to place a photo in the header, is it mandatory or can you do without a photo at all.

The site should definitely have
- information about you
- a list of services, if you can publish the cost or a price fork. If you remove the prices, the number of hits will increase at least twice
- information about your approach and features
- examples of work, better than 10 well-designed than 30 poorly designed
- contacts
- links to social networks
Any social confirmations - diplomas, certificates, reviews, videos , a photo.
The more it looks like a page of a specific person, and not a soulless company, the more hits will be (people trust people, and you should be relatively transparent to potential customers).
People also love different kinds of stories, how you developed, how you came, where you worked, why you quit (for example), how you started, etc. Thus, people remember you better, you are more transparent, understandable, there are fewer risks.

I think that without a background in the form of experience, reviews and reputation, no one needs you or your site at all. It will be listed - and without a site you will find customers. The site is needed by those who want to improve search efficiency.

I try to just give general information about myself on the site if anyone is interested.
many still post some of their notes there, usually they write something for themselves, because I have never heard that customers were looking for some information about programming)
and just in general you can hardly find customers through the site, there is a lot of competition in issuing
