Did Citibank lower the ATM withdrawal limit in one go?
Today I visited three Citibank ATMs (they stood nearby) - the withdrawal limit at a time, in USD, on a third-party bank card, became 400, it was always 500. Is this an accident or will it be like this now?

UPD: I got through, connected with a specialist, confirmed that from February 22 the limit was reduced to 400 USD.

I'm sorry for the offtopic, but is it really easier to ask a question on Habré and wait for an answer than to call the Citibank hotline and get an official answer?
