Question about TortoiseSVN?

Can you please tell me why tortoise svn is asking for login and password when trying to checkout from the server via https?
The link looks like this: work.nnnnn.ru/svn/mmmmm/projects/VR/trunk/ .
At the same time, the program writes that it is loading something, but there is no checkout log and it lasts a very long time until you disable tortoise. The checkout folder remains empty.

Is your certificate valid? Tortilla doesn't seem to like bad certificates.

Are you using Turtle because of File Explorer integration?

The correct name for this program is TortoiseSVN. Please fix it, otherwise the search will not find this question in the future.
