Why did the commit include changes that I didn't make?

When committing, there were changes that I did not make (parts of the code that I did not touch were removed), perhaps another developer did, but hardly.
Before the commit, I updated the local repository without conflicts. I also checked with diff that only my changes are in the file.
We use svn (tortoisesvn).

In general, you need to look towards access. Perhaps someone sent commits with your key.
Or under your credentials.
