200gb SVN how to clean up garbage from commits?

The fact is that we are developing a game and a person, due to an unstable Internet connection, flooded the source code - the assets of the game are all parts. It turned out 27 commits.
How to merge files into revision 1 (Ubuntu svn server)? And on the client, the .svn folder takes up 2 more space than the source.
