Question about ReSharper shortcuts?

Issue : Ctrl+<any key> shortcuts don't work. Of the combinations promised by the ReSharper documentation, only Ctrl+<left mouse button> (go to definition) works. Also, my very favorite combination Ctrl + <left / right arrows> (moving the cursor across words) does not work. When you press, for example, Ctrl + D (duplicating a line) at the bottom, the studio writes that “The Ctrl + D key was pressed. Waiting for the second wait key to be pressed.
My steps : After installing ReSharper 6 on top of Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Russian Edition in ReSharper | Options | environment | Visual Studio Integration chose ReSharper 2.x or IntelliJ IDEA.
Assumptions: maybe the reason is in the Russian edition. Because at work, similar actions in the bourgeois edition allow you to enjoy life.
Attention question: how to fix it?

@fergard

Is the question still relevant?
In resharper 6.0 there was a bug related to the work of shortcuts in localized studios (I won’t give a link now, because from the phone).
In the latest versions of this problem should not be, because fixed. Try resharper 6.1.1 or 7.0.
Thank you!
