Can ReSharper open links in an external browser?

I write browser tests in MS VS 2013 + ReSharper. In tests, a link to the user's login is displayed on the console.
Updated ReSharper from version 8 to 2016.2. Before the update, the login link opened in an external browser, but now it opens in the built-in browser (apparently, this is IE), you have to copy the link every time.

Is there a way to set the link to open in an external browser back?

In short, in one of the Resharper updates, the feature was returned. In a bunch of VS 2017 + Resharper 2017.3.3 (the latest at the moment), everything works.
