How to install Cloud9 IDE editor locally on Windows 8?

I'm trying to install according to this instruction:
https://github.com/ajaxorg/cloud9/ - Installation on Windows (experimental
) don't even download it. Tried to search - all links lead there.
If you go further according to the instructions, then naturally it swears at Grep.
