How to compile chan_dongle under Tomato by Shibby (optware, Cross compilation)?

Good day, friends!
There is a need for the chan_dongle module (a module for usb modems to work as a voice gateway under Asterisk) for the Tomato by Shibby firmware for the Netgear WNR3500lv2 router . Optware installed and working.
Actually, as I understood from the article , cross-compilation is necessary, this module could not be compiled on the router itself (automake did not work under optweare, etc.). In the article, the issue of cross-compilation is poorly consecrated, so I ask the audience for help in this matter.
How to compile this module for the architecture of my router that I need? As I understand it, the output should be an ipkg package?

Everything seemed to be ok, but it didn’t start, it turned out that there was no body tag in the html file.

In general, as they say, the smart one will not go uphill, the smart one will bypass the mountain.
Solved the problem by installing EntWare instead of Optware.
And in EntWare, packages already had chan_dongle in packages.
eventually,

# opkg list-installed | grep -i asterisk
asterisk11 - 11.16.0-4
asterisk11-chan-dongle - 1.1r35-3

and everything works like clockwork.
