Question about height: 100%; and non-working features of Chrome and Opera

There is a long page with body height: 100%; when you follow a link from this page and then press the back button, we are thrown to the very top, and not to the place where we clicked. And when searching (CMD+F), the matches found are not highlighted in the scrollbar. And in FF, Safari everything is fine.
How to fight?

Regarding the height - try using min-height instead of height.
And at the expense of selection, try to dig towards the pseudo parameter
