There is Opera 20.0.1387.77. It has the Adblock Plus extension Version 1.7.3 installed. The extension has subscriptions to lists of blocked ads. Everything works well until some time. Then all sorts of ads appear. It turns out that the extension has not updated its subscription and it does not work, or the extension itself wants to update, but cannot do it on its own.
