Due to the fact that the new Opera has the opportunity to log in a Telegram account, I decided to make another communication channel for the online consultant on the site. I registered an acc to an unnecessary SIM card, authorized it in the Opera, everything is ok.
The problem is that messages regularly arrive on the device, but do not appear in the Opera. Apparently, there is a certain timeout, after which the built-in web client in Opera goes off.
It is impossible to install a desktop client on a computer, since the consultant already uses his own telegram, and there is no multilogin in the program. I saw, of course, a solution on how to get around this by creating a second user in Windows and launching a desktop client from under it, but this is a collective farm.
Ideally, in general, it would be to connect to a certain bot-consultant, to which visitors ask questions and answer from under it from their telegram account, so as not to become attached to the telegram account on the left SIM card.
