What is the latest version of the Opera browser that can download files via the torrent protocol without third-party extensions?

Tell me the latest working version of Opera with a torrent client out of the box, or if you can link to their official website or FTP with an installer. Why was such a convenient feature removed from current versions? I used to have such a great opportunity, and I constantly used it, recently Opera, after updates, is not even associated with files whose extension is *.torrent
