How to remove the "disable extensions" warning in Google Chrome and Chromium browsers (Yandex, Opera, etc.)?

I use the SimpleExtManager extension to manage extensions (tautalogy, huh), because the last ones are already 65 pieces for different sites / services, and there is no point in keeping them always on and working permanently.
Every time you disable an unnecessary extension, it pops up

annoying window:

Accordingly, I cannot turn off unnecessary extensions in a "package", only one at a time, each time clicking on "Confirm" (I can turn it back on, there are no warnings).
So, the question is: how to remove this annoying "disable extensions" warning in Google Chrome and Chromium browsers (Yandex, Opera, etc.)?
Maybe this can be done, like here: How to remove the "disable extensions in developer mode" notification in Google Chrome? by picking the library?
