Pycharm won't start on Windows problems with java?

I installed pycharm, but when it starts it complains about java, I can’t understand what the problem is, I googled and there seems to be nothing clear, I also ran through habr, there is no answer, I updated java, installed the 64 bit version, Windows is also on 64, pycharm is also on 64, the answer is most likely very simple, I do not have enough experience, I hope here they will help me and tell me, thank you very much in advance

You are told to install JDK 64 bit. Download and install.

Reinstall IDE.
When installing, check the box - Install JDK.
All necessary packages will be installed
