How to order docstring?

Hello. Does anyone know the keyboard shortcut for docstring ordering in PyCharm? Or do I need to install an extension for this?

I know that the combination ctrl+alt+L will bring the code to PEP8, but this does not apply to docstring.

In the settings, set the Wrap on typing value to Yes

. After that, you can write long lines and they will automatically wrap to the next line.
