I am looking for a program that can change the ip address of a computer based on the list of proxies loaded into it.
There are a lot of things on the Internet, but all this needs to be checked and tested, perhaps there is already a working proven solution ...

Looking for a program

To get movies and music, you know where, I use Proxifier . I didn’t compare it with others, but I liked a lot of settings, the ability to substitute your proxy for requests for specific URLs.
