What proxy server to use under windows server 2019?

I’m trying to set up a proxy server under Windows server 2019 and I can’t understand something, I downloaded Wingate 6.2.2 from torrents, but after installation it doesn’t show hz services. why.... downloaded Wingate 9.4.1. but I can’t find keys for it .... I looked at analogues of wingate, the search engine gave out some junk of 2001-2002 .... I have a question, are there any analogues in general, or does no one use a proxy already?
