PROXMOX does not work with Windows 7 8 2012 2008 (very low server speed)?

Installation takes a very, very long time, and it also eats up all the RAM at the moment.

Using the selection method of seeking out reading, we managed to do the following.
In the installed Win7, I installed the drivers for Windows offered by Proxmox, through the manager and installation as an old device. After that, I managed to start the VIRTIO controller instead of the IDE, the system started working! and slightly increased speed. but still very small when opening windows for installing programs, etc., the load on the hard disk does not increase. But virtual memory began to eat less. Doesn't go away instantly.
When testing the performance of a hard disk with CrystalDiskMark 5 in a virtual machine, the indicators are in the screenshot.
When clearing the cache on the host /sbin/sysctl -w vm.drop_caches=3
, disks are accelerated by almost 100%
