Proxmox - one external ip and many domains, how best to organize traffic to the machine?

There is a server with Proxmox 6, it has a dozen machines and containers, the server has one external IP, how best to organize a schedule from houses to cars, containers?
Can I install NGINX on a separate container and send traffic from IP to it, and it will already distribute it? Or is it better not to put on a container, but on a host OS?
Are there any other ways that are easier and more trouble-free? Need expert opinion.

You have no options, because as far as I understand, reverse proxy cannot be deployed on the host itself.
So the only option left is reverse proxy on the virtual machine
