Good afternoon, colleagues actually a question in a title of a subject. I can’t decide on the choice of a hypervisor in the past place I assembled a cluster on hyper -v, in a new place I am faced with a choice .....

I think we need to build on the purpose of the cluster.
If you plan to run Windows in guest machines, then Hyper-V is better. If you install Datacenter Edition on a piece of hardware, you will not need to pay for licenses for Windows Server in guest virtual machines.
If you work with Linux, then it is more cost-effective to take ProxMox.
