I installed redmine on a server, with no experience with ruby, and no experience in administration, in 3-4 hours. Time was spent on installing and configuring the ruby ​​+ gems itself, installing the software and configuring it to work in a folder (http://domain/folder/). That's it with the folder fiddled with for a long time. I put it just because I did not find an analogue in PHP that meets my requirements.

There are no direct analogues. There are a couple of ticket systems, like the mentioned mantis and indefero, but they are far from the functionality and convenience of redmine.
