How do you deal with interruptions to Redmine notifications?

At the moment, when someone creates a ticket in which I am an executor / observer, I receive notifications by email. It often happens that a lot of these notifications come in a short period of time - people connect, there is a discussion, and you are constantly distracted by mail.
Self-development literature often talks about checking mail up to a maximum of 3 times a day at a certain time, but this does not work with Redmine.
So I had an idea - to disable email notifications and regulate for myself the Redmine check once every hour and a half, thereby reducing the number of interruptions. But Redmine is what Redmine is for, that tasks are urgent.
Hence the question arises.

Do not put unnecessary observers. Set up notifications only if you are a performer, if someone is discussing in redmine, then let them change the performers to themselves and you will not receive unnecessary notifications.
