Tools for creating educational video presentations?

And advise programs for creating educational video presentations. So far, I don't understand anything about this. I want to try to cut a video with diagrams and explanations. Like a blank marker board, I add a picture to it, explain its meaning, add more, and so on. Then the next sheet. And of course, editing and overlaying sound (how it's done in general).

Movavi's prog package is enough for good measure ( Movavi Video Suite ),
but in general, the easiest way to use real is powerpoint + screen capture + voice acting
