Project management system in PHP+MySQL

Good day to all!

Please tell me a project management system (OpenSource and free), which could be installed on a hosting, for use in a small company.
It is desirable that the system works on a bunch of Apache + PHP + MySQL.

we use qdPM - for a small company - that's it!
not a monster at all, comfortable, easy to perceive.
and a very adequate developer (there were questions about a specific configuration).
I recommend.

Redmine is the best

Is there something newer? To work on both desktop and smartphone?

I would advise Redmine (although it is in Ruby).

Put Trac or Redmine - it's not so difficult to put Python or Ruby on Apache.
