What project management system do you use?

Good day, habravchane!

Due to the current quarantine measures and the general epidemiological situation, there is a lot of time for your projects and old ideas written down on a notebook, quietly lying in the darkest drawer of the table.
The scorched brain of an office worker, accustomed to systems such as JIRA and SAP, no longer perceives other information as cards with dashboards. And, willy-nilly, you start to get lost in an array of leaflets with a list of tasks glued to the wall.

I would like to ask what do you use to manage your own tasks? Notes on the phone, ToDo sheets, OneNote's (sorry) or full-fledged systems like JIRA, Trello, Redmine, etc.?

At work, I like YouTrack quite well,
but I really liked it in my Yandex.Tracker when I worked at Yandex - this product is not only inside, but also on the market (it seems to be free for 1 person)

I use kanboard, I installed it on Odroid H2 under Debian (among other web applications), it requires a minimum of resources, it is very flexible, there are useful modules, the design is simple but attractive, integration with LDAP, e-mail, etc. is possible, but I only integration with Rocket.chat came in handy for notifications, of the minuses there are only two third-party Android applications, the development of which was abandoned in 17 and 18, I will not say that they are convenient, but in defense of the developer, who does not see the need for this, I will say that in kanboard, it’s convenient to manage hundreds of projects at once with 50 tasks each, actively switching per day within the framework of 5-8 projects that you manage, there are many areas where you have to work exactly like this, I don’t know how you can seriously use it normally on your phone I’ll attach something similar to Trello, but “look at”on smart, you can use the web version

Outlook + Github + Excel
Redmine somehow stalled.
On the other hand, if large projects, then MS Project.

Here it is worth clarifying what tasks we are talking about. If purely personal, then a diary with a pen.
And so at work I use Trello / Notion / Miro for different stages and tasks.

OneNote is enough for its tasks. One of the projects that lies in the far drawer of the desk is just a personal project management system, ahah)

I have a hodgepodge from:

  • Trello for big tasks. For example: Apartment renovation, paperwork, personal projects, etc.
  • For "long lists" Google Keep. For example: a list of books, movies, games, etc.
  • For "short" Google Keep or Microsoft To-Do (ex-Wunderlist) lists. For example: grocery shopping, quick to-do notes
