What services/software are available for skills matrix/management?

Hey!

The situation is this. In our team, different people know how to do different things: someone is good with Photoshop, someone is a senior java developer, someone reads poetry well, and some are good at translating from ancient Akkadian into Swahili. So far, we are writing this whole thing in a Google tablet.

And how does civilized humanity solve this issue? Maybe there is some software that will help with the organization of all this stuff and management? Ideally, if there is also project management.
