Recommend a program for watching TV programs over the Internet. Preferably under Windows and always with Russian channels, with a more or less understandable interface, as parents will use it. Paid or free, it doesn't matter.

Programs that I have already tried and do not fit:
Super Internet TV
Radio Clicker Pro
TV Player Classic
Free Internet TV
Online TV Player

The goal is to make Internet TV the main one. I understand that the quality will be worse, but the fact is that in order to watch Russian channels, my parents have to pay for satellite TV, which costs about $70 a month.

My advice is to unlearn (and unlearn parents and children) from television.
Advertising zombifies, programs in 99.9% of cases stupefy, it is impossible to watch movies because of advertising, the quality of the picture (on-air, and even more so broadcast via the Internet) is already unacceptable for modern TV.
Almost everything that is worth watching can now be downloaded and watched calmly and in normal quality.
IMHO the future is VoD .

Perhaps your provider has IPTV, even with free channels (usually you can watch over-the-air channels for free). If not, then look into other providers. The quality will be better at best than when viewed over the Internet.
