Are there any solutions so that all sent letters from the organization go through the security service and, after verification, are sent.

Google for Email DLP (data leak prevention). But, I immediately warn you, these are all systems without a price on the main page (call and discuss), and it's expensive.
If you want to be cheap and simple, then the easiest way is to copy all outgoing correspondence into a separate box to which the security guards have access.

Of course I have. But you need to google it - these are piece solutions, usually complex and usually not cheap. If it is important to have just a text that left after the fact, and not agree on it, just make an alias that includes auto-copying to the SB box.
