Program for learning English for Android?

Recently, we have to spend a lot of time on the road, on public transport. In order not to waste time in vain, I bought a tablet and began to watch video courses. Very comfortable, but I wanted more. Are there programs for Android for learning a foreign language that meet the following requirements:
1) Ability to work offline
2) Learning words based on your own dictionary, broken down by subject, preferably with pictures.
3) Video course or dialogue, to consolidate the set of words from paragraph 2.
4) It is desirable that the grammar is not forgotten either.
5) The ability to add custom dictionaries is welcome.
6) User-friendly interface, readable text and a minimum of bugs and glitches.
In principle, I am ready even for a paid version, but for a reasonable amount.
Can you advise something based on your personal experience?

For learning words, I recommend Anki .
Used Anki when preparing for the IELTS exam.
The possibilities are wide, and there are desktop versions for all platforms. Pts convenient to automatically synchronize decks between applications.
And most importantly, it's free!

Searched at the time. There are many applications in the store with the functionality of cards, but I did not find a normal integrated solution with a curriculum.

, I'm not sure about working offline. And so - everything is there. + if used together with the site, then generally a bomb!

This option does not meet all your requirements, but still pay attention to it.

Excellent offline programs: 1. English in tests
2. Old but good English program
3. Paid version with audio

This is certainly not an application, but the site is very conveniently made for classes on a smartphone or tablet - https://lingohelp.ru I have been doing it for quite a long time, I am very satisfied.
