How to get an IPv6 address on Android via Teredo/Miredo?

Is there a way to organize Teredo/Miredo on Android, tk. the operator does not provide IPv6. I'm trying to do something similar like here . The application is no longer in the article. The search has not given any results. Maybe there are hints where to dig?

I tried to install a virtual machine with ubuntu at home, I launched miredo and a pptpd server with ipv6 support on it. On an android smartphone, I connect to this virtual machine via vpn pptp.
