I want to buy a good smartphone with Android. I have 13 rubles in my hands. Please advise a worthy device for this money, otherwise your eyes run wide :(

Took LG Optimus One 9990r. - satisfied. Of course, it does not have a proprietary mega-interface from HTC, but the phone is full-fledged and not buggy.

I highly do not recommend taking budget models, this will only spoil the impression of the android.
In this case, you can either buy an HTC Desire, which is currently being sold for 14-15k on average. Or Acer Liquid E, which is sold a little cheaper. There is also an option to get a new one on eBay for the same price.

Look in UK stores. Desire costs about 13 times there with delivery, and this is after all a top-end device (not quite, but in fact the latest models are not much different).
Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks.

There were two P500 models - they differed by the KOR prefix at the end or without it. (with her 500 rubles more expensive)
To my question "What's the difference?" - the consultant answered me - that one was assembled in Korea, and the other in China, respectively, and there are more Chinese than Korean returns.
I chose the one that is cheaper, he was upset and moved out that he would try to choose among the better Chinese ones. He returned with a Korean, like he tried and found one for me at the price of a Chinese one (he also tried to sell protective screens and all sorts of cases, an additional guarantee, etc., etc.).
In short LG P500 in Moscow on March 7, 8000 rubles.
