Where to find password.key (gatekeeper.password.key) files in Android 8.1 (Xaomi Redmi Go)?

The crux of the matter is that you need to copy these password.key files (gatekeeper.password.key) for analysis. However, they are not in the phone in the standard ways. There is the necessary software for decrypting the pin, but I can not find these files.

I googled, many have these files along the path / data / system / - I only have
locksettings.db files I need
... db-wal
... db-shm

Question: where is the hash from the screen pin code stored if these files are not there , or where to look for these files or in which database is this hash?

1. Do not offer to delete to reset the PIN, the task is completely different
locksettings.db
... db-wal
... db-shm

2. I searched on XDA-Dev, there is no answer for the location of the files

3. In TWRP 3.3.0-0 - does not see files at all, sees system folders, opens, but inside is empty.

4. ADB drivers are using Total Commander + ADB plugin: / data / system / opens and sees system files.

There is a root, through magisk
Installed TWRP 3.3.0-0
