I want to buy a computer for 50tr in computeruniverse (In Russia, this costs ~ 70). The funds are on hand.
1) In which bank to open an account so that it works with a stick?
2) Is it worth opening an account in euros? While the euro is cheap.
3) What other ways are there for me to pay for the order without unfavorable conversions with my "given"?
