Problems with the video card?
Good afternoon!
Recently, there have been problems with video playback on a computer. If the video is not expanded in the browser, then everything works fine, but once you open it in full screen - horizontal green-black stripes appear that occupy the entire screen and disappear after a couple of seconds, while this does not affect the sound.
Also, the quality of the video has noticeably deteriorated - so, choosing between 480p, 720p or 1080p, the difference is minimal, and the picture is in the soap in any case.
I sin on the video card, but everything seemed to be fine with it, it shows itself remarkably well in games, there are no problems there.
The second monitor is on, but I don’t overload the card, before, with all the same settings with two monitors, everything was fine. But there is a problem with the video card, it rarely happens during the game, and sometimes if you turn off the computer for several days in a row, not through "shutdown", but send it to sleep. Then it may happen that a blue screen appears, crackling in the headphones, and an error (something related to the video adapter, I don’t remember verbatim). Maybe this is one of the reasons for the current problems, they can’t figure it out, and now it’s like that.
I will be glad to any advice and help
. Addition: if it is important, the video card Radeon

The dump looks like. Artifacts are a clear sign that it is time for the vidyushka to rest. Try tossing someone else's card into your PC and see how it behaves, but it's most likely the problem.
