How to solve the problem, the monitor and keyboard with mouse turn off, but the computer works?

Hello. Maybe someone will help. There was a problem with the new PC.

Configuration:
Motherboard - ASUS ROG Strix B450
Processor - Ryzen 5200
RAM (Currently) - ADATA 8x2 3000Mhz
Video card (Currently) - AMD RX5700 XT
Power supply - 700W
SSD and HDD - respectively

During games, all peripherals are turned off (monitor, keyboard, mouse), but at the same time, the cooler continues to spin and the backlight is on. The problem occurs in certain games not as hardware dependent. That is, heavy games work well, but certain ones crash. I tried to identify, perhaps one of the modules is a bug. I exchanged RAM with a friend and at first everything was fine, for 1-2 days, and then it all started again, but my friend’s computer began to turn off in the same way, our assemblies are very similar. I have already changed to another RAM, but the problem has not disappeared.

I also very often notice that it turns off after the computer goes into sleep mode.

Everything is in order with the temperature, I monitored it (where possible - a vidyukha and a processor).

When you turn off the PC, it cannot be restarted, the button does not work on the receiver, you have to turn it off on the power supply.

I changed the video card from the GTX 1050Ti to the current one, the problem was also at 1050

Maybe you know something, I really need help!

I have rx 5700 xt + ryzen 2600 same problem. Turns off absolutely everything except the computer and only reboot helps. Were you able to solve the problem somehow?

The problem is not that "the monitor and keyboard with the mouse turn off, but the computer works," but "The computer freezes tightly, stops responding to the keyboard, mouse, and power button." What is on the screen?
Either something with the motherboard, or stupidly reinstall Windu outright.
